Epworth Sleepiness Scale

Measure daytime sleepiness by answering the following questionnaire:

How often do you doze or fall asleep in the situations described in the table below?

Use the following scale to choose the most appropriate number for each situation:

0= You never fall asleep

1= Very unlikely to fall asleep

2= Moderate probability of falling asleep

3= High probability of falling asleep

A score greater than 10 suggests significant daytime sleepiness, although a score less than 10 does not exclude it.
